Rick installed my home theater and sound system throughout my house and did an incredible job. He was able to get me pricing that was unbeatable as well. His knowledge was far superior when compared to the other similar service providers that I had spoken to. Furthermore, Kyle and the service team did a great job in installation and promptly following up with any issues I had. I would highly recommend giving Base Electronics a call for all of your home audio needs!

Very knowledge guys. No high pressure sales tactics but John knows his stuff and he provides good insight that is not based around selling you more stuff. They recently moved into a new location across the street from where they were. They have an Atmos 9.2.4 set up that is amazing. If you are just getting into this hobbie of home theatre or are looking to improve your older setup, it's smart to build a relationship with a good dealer that can help you evolve your setup over the years. Just had a system installed, combination of Sonos and hard wired speakers, also incorporated some of my old equipment, Yamaha record player and HK Receiver. Super pleased! From Rick at the store, ensuring I didn't buy a lot more than needed (for example I wanted the Arc for TV, but only needed the beam, just needed a Sono port, not the whole unit...didn't get as many Sonos Moves as I thought I might need...) Super awesome service at the store and then the Install - Brian, (installer) amazing experience. He was professional, courteous, efficient, worked around another trade, explained the whole set up, dealt with my dogs...a consummate professional and very knowledgeable. If you want personalized service at a great price, avoid those big box stores and support your smaller local business, you won't be disappointed, Base Electronics should be at the top of your list. I know I'll be going back when the need arise.

Base Electronics was recommended to us by our home builder and we couldn't be happier to have used their services and support a local business. Everyone went above and beyond for us. Not only do they have incredibly knowledgeable staff, but they are also very kind and super helpful. We got our new house wired, network set up, bought speakers and had them come in and install/hang all of our TVs. One stop shop and you can't beat their outstanding service and prices. Highly recommend!

My first purchase from Base Electronics was in 2015. I walked away a satisfied customer with an Awesome sound system, Yamaha RX-A720, at a great price. What impressed me from that was the quality of products in the store, the customer service from John at the time and the product that I have enjoyed for the last six years. However my old Yamaha has reached the end of her days with the sound no longer coming up until the unit is warmed up and that time has been taking longer and longer. My research tells me it is the DSP chip that needs replacement. After talking to John, Rather than repair I opted to trade it in and buy the new Yamaha RS-V6a. John helped me out with that. I went home excited to get my new system setup. I followed the directions laid out by Yamaha in the packaging. I was disappointed that I couldn't get the sound to work right. The surround decode wouldn't work and the unit was only driving my front speakers! Weird. After a lot of troubleshooting, making sure I had followed Yamaha's exact steps, I called John and he offered to come by to have a look, on the same day I called at that. He was able to resolve all issues in an hour. Once he moved the F Presence speakers to surround back instead and tweaked a few sound settings everything started working the way it should. I can't tell you enough how happy I am with the sound I am getting now. Awesome!! I feel that If this had been a big box store I would never have received the service I got from John Earle, and would no doubt have returned the unit for a full refund. I found John to be personable and professional. His knowledge in the field is invaluable. I will highly recommend Base Electronics for its awesome top quality products and impeccable customer service, to anyone looking for a home theater system.
