Being a first time homebuyer, I can say that I made the right decision by choosing DS Homes. Not only is the staff very friendly but they were able to give me suggestions and ideas to make my first home purchase a smooth transaction. I will be back in a couple of years to build again with DS Homes. Look no further because DS Homes is the PERFECT builder; a builder who pays attentions to details and never compromises on quality!!!

J	J M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Buy home from DS Homes. we got a possession of our home last week on June. Our basement start leaking, Informed them, but they did not take it seriously. This is our first Home and we are suffered a-lot. Personal i don’t recommend anyone to buy home from DS Homes. That’s our life worst decision to buying home From DS Homes. They don’t not deserve any start, but the worst thing without start can’t post review.

Being a first time homebuyer, my list of questions was a mile long and the Managing Director (daughter of DS Homes) walked me through the entire process from start to finish while answering all my questions with great detail and patience. I purchased the show home and the quality and workmanship was OUTSTANDING! This builder 100% stands by their slogan "Quality of Life with Quality Homes!" I will be back in a few years to upsize and DS Homes is definitely going to be my builder! Make sure you check them out.. you don't want to miss out on purchasing a quality built home!!

R	Rhett Fleury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with daljeets daughter during purchase was painful as it was very clear she was hyper focused on cost of every little detail and would make it very clear that there is no credits for removing items from the build, where most larger builders would give you credit. Installed wrong hardware on faucets and built the front of the home completely different than was requested. Friends who also bought throuh DS also had a bunch of issues including leaks in the celing from piping. Daljeet is very nice to deal with and always helpful, but all around I found the homes to be lower quality. Their architectural controls are minimal, and do not look nearly as high end on the home as most larger builders like Trico for their level of trim. Would probably not buy from them again.

The houses are cheaply made ofcourse because he uses the cheapest contractors and materials. Leaks, holes, moistures, freezing, u name it. It is so hard to get a hold of them as well. And once u do, they're just gonna brush u off like your problem isn't too important even though you're so stressed about what is supposed to be your dream house. All that is said in the reviews here are true. Buckling sidings, leaking pipes, freezing attics, flooding basements, etc. All true. And think about it, these problems are just not from one house. Its a constant complains. It would be better if you go straight to New Home Insurance and start a claim so he would actually do something. U know they changed their name hey? And there's only one reason y companies do that even though their business never changed. Its to avoid all the negative reviews and documentation the old name had. Please please please avoid. Your house is the biggest purchase of you life and for some its their dream to own one. These people will ruin it for you. I know someone who's in talks with the city to keep a closer look on how this builder conducts his business. That says a lot.
