★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cody is the owner of this company, he will hire small companies and then will try not to pay, when the small company stands up against his bully and let the homeowners know that of cody doesn't pay sadly they are left with the bill, and you also go to the highest contractor and let them know their sub isnt paying their subs he will pay you one month after (you have to chase him tho) and then he will write fake reviews about your business... homeowners be aware of this bully as if he doesn't pay to subs you are responsible of the payment...
