β β β β β Went to broker expecting to get Auto insurance. They could not get coverage I needed but then referred me to a couple of Insurance companies I could try on my own. Disappointed in the ir service as the whole point of brokerage is they do it not me. Website list all kinds of Insurance companies the supposedly deal with but none of them were contacted by this broker.

β β β β β Satinder Khabra has been a broker for my family for last 3 years. She is very well informed and very honest about her opinions.
She explains very well as to what type of product she recommends and why.
In the beginning I was a bit skeptic as I thought that insurance agents are also marketers so I have to doubt or double check all the facts but I know now that she always has her clients best interest at heart even if the client doesnβt know it at that time.
This is what happened to me when I bought my life insurance policy. She advised me to buy term 30 but I was determined to buy term 20 as I thought it was good enough for me but after my marriage I realized that she was right and term 30 would have been much better.
So now I always heed to her advice and leave my skepticism at the door.

β β β β β We have been dealing with Satinder for about 6 or 7 years now, ever since RBC doubled our house insurance! We switch car fairly often and it is never a problem to get a quote or a change in policy from Satinder, usually within an hour!! We have 4 cars and our house covered with Link Insurance and have been very happy the the price, but it's the service that is outstanding!! Thank you Satinder!!

They have taken care of us over the years with all of our insurance needs. We have moved out of Alberta and that is the only reason we are no longer using them as our broker. Keep up the great work!!

β β β β β Customer for 5-6 years. When my insurance doubled my broker Satinder did not even feel the need to notify me. When I called in obviously upset about the change in my insurance she did not offer to look around for other quotes from different companies. When I said I would be leaving, she said go ahead. I have found my communication with this company very unprofessional. Upon looking at two other brokers I was offered significantly cheaper auto insurance and great customer service. I would strongly encourage customers to shop elsewhere.
