I’m rating them 5 stars today simply because when I went to my front door tonight after their knock, I realized how much we appreciate this company. fresh dog food; standing order; hassle-free. You’d think with this level of service would cost more but it doesn’t. (note: I received nothing for writing this review)

First time inside (wonderful staff?... was exchanging unpopular food?) and have only dealt with delivery(UNDERDOG delivery to N downtown Kelowna) for a couple years partially because RAW kitty food is difficult to find for delivery and these guys REALLY deliver! My husband has never had a driver licence and for now my only vehicle is part of the car co-op so delivery is ALWAYS extremely appreciated! Thank you so much for helping us give a quality-of-life food to our 4 wonderful rescue kitties?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunshine Pets is my favourite store to go for all of my pets needs! They stock a wide variety of raw foods (dry as well) and are always wonderfully helpful! They are great for deals and returns if something you've purchase doesn't work for your pet. I highly recommend this pet store to everyone! Thank you Sunshine Pets for always being so kind and helpful!
