S	Star Oromia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently terrible service. The cashiers are always rude and never know what they are doing. They never have proper change in the register. Multiple times I've been there they never gave me all my change because they say they don't have enough in the register. Very thief-ish. Maybe should consider hiring some adults there instead of all 16 year olds. I dont suggest anyone goes there. I won't be going back for sure. They messed up yet another order of mine and didn't even apologize.
M	Marc Schuller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Oxtail from this location.. was a bit dissappointed since it was a large which is not cheap.. the flavour was very good but the meat was undercooked and tough which resulted in me not beieng able to eat 3 large pieces of oxtail because the meat would not come off the bone.The rice and peas were perfect . If they cook the meat till tender..i would rate better..hopefully they see this review and improve the quality.

First of all, not only did the girl serving us have bad attitude & was extremely slow, she had dried out crusty white gel allll over her edges that was flaking up and falling all over the place. That’s just a health and safety hazard, who lets people with bad hygiene work near food. She then proceeded to sweep the floor and just rinsed her hands without any soap and started serving the next customers. Just wasted my money because once I saw all this duttiness going on inside I nearly puked and had to throw all the food out.

There's no meat on the chicken, lack seasoning, dry & burnt plantains, hard dumplings/festivals, they always have steam vegetable & no coleslaw, all this wrapped in trash service sprinkled with bad attitude. Out of principle this business should shutdown.
T	Tanisha Edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not eat here there was plastic in my food and the solution was for me to drive back “we will give you a different food”( the food was for a child ) I asked to speak to a manager and I was told they don’t have a manager and no one would help me needles to say I will be calling health and safety in the morning and I will be giving them the container for food. This is a health and safety concern and they do not care

Seems like the chefs/owners have not been to Jamaica recently; Sunrise jerk chicken is not an accurate representation for what real Jamaican jerk chicken tastes like. The fried chicken and barbecue chicken are mediocre as well. Where do these chefs get their training? Sunrise should get in contact with a real Jamaican restaurant from Jamaica in order to improve the recipes for their menu.. If Sunrise cares about customers satisfaction then they should aspire to cook like real Jamaicans instead of serving this junk to customers.
