Every single component is carefully thought out to maximize flavour as well as prioritize your health and fitness goals. They also have a great range of different options to accommodate any specific restrictions you may have. Have been eating AK for years and there is no better option out there.

It’s a great way to get back to healthy eating with controlled balanced portion sizes especially after pandemic in activity and binge eating. Ordering is easy. The food tastes great. And there is a good selection to choose from so you do t get bored of the same thing over and over again. I’ve lost 15lbs while on the meals, in combination with great workouts. I’d highly recommend it.

After years of making my own gluten/soy/sugar/dairy-free meals, it's SO nice to have it done FOR you and to have more variety than I could on my own! When I realized that what I was spending monthly for a grocery-delivery service with tip and service charges, wasn't actually THAT much more to have pre-made meals with AK, it was a no-brainer!! The meals will meet your needs they have a wide range of selection in terms of food options and dietary restrictions. For me I do their nu-paleo meal option. it meets my health restrictions and tastes amazing! All whilst keeping me on track with my healthy eating habits. The staff/ customer service are super friendly and always helpful. The meals are a great value considering you get everything organic and they do all the work for you.
