Worse experience ever in my life! SIMPLY UNPROFESSIONAL I highly recommend NOT TO GO at this workshop! I called them and asked for an appointment for seasonal tyre swapping.. I was told that I can walk in anytime without an appointment. Next day when I reached at 9am to make sure I am the first to be served, I was told to wait for 2hours. I had no option but to wait coz I drove all the way from Brampton just by looking at the amazing online reviews that this place had. At 11am, I was told to keep the keys of the car and leave the place(can't wait at the premises). Still no estimated time provided by the snubbish owner and was told that he will call once the tyres are swapped. Despite of waiting after 3hrs, I found my car untouched till 12noon, was asked to wait for another 30mins. I had no option to succumb to there cold, unapologetic and indifferent attitude coz I had already wasted my half day and could not return without getting my job done! Finally at 1pm, they were done repairing their own staff's car and started my job, which was completed at 2pm. They are alien to concepts called customer Service, care, customer satisfaction and business ethics! Wonder how they are sustaining the business! A customer who would go to this place would by no means return to this place ever! Good Luck to those who still would like to visit this place after reading this review!

Did my oil change with this shop not the first time there was an apprentice new guy and another young guy.. the owner was not there. They first did not take off the oil change light , a day after I kept seeing oil leak under the car , this kept leaking more and more I have another mechanic look at it then advise the filter did not go on properly as it was cork screw wrong brought it back to have it change and done properly. The owner then told me it’s wrong filter as he want to cover up the tardiness of the previous work of his new learning training person. He been arrogant and want me to pay again to add oil and new filter. Don’t ever use this shop it’s the worst Customerservice I have ever experience. If I can give no stars I will.

I decided to bring my car to this shop for the sole purpose of obtaining a Safety Standards Certificate so I could transfer vehicle ownership to my brother. I thought bringing my car to this shop would of been convenient since I lived a close walking distance away and my usual mechanic shop was located in Scarborough. After coming back to pick up my vehicle, the owner came up with a list of things that needed to be repaired for a total of $900 in order for him to approve the Safety Certificate. The list included license light (not working), lessen window tints, and stabilizer links needed to be changed. I told him that I couldn't afford the repairs and I only needed the certificate as a requirement for transferring the ownership under my brothers name. The owner then advised that he could actually approve the Safety Certificate today without any repairs being done but only if I put a deposit for future repairs done on the car. After he made this statement I knew he was a dishonest, money hungry mechanic and I was being scammed for unnecessary repairs. I told him I would take my car to my usual mechanic to get a second opinion and he forcefully told me pay $95 for the inspection. I then drove to my usual mechanic that same day and my car got approved for the Safety Standards Certificate. After speaking with my usual mechanic he explained that the repair list that owner came up with was all lies. He even lied about my licensed plate light not working when it did. My mechanic said that even if I had to do the repairs, it shouldn't have cost me $900. My mechanic quoted the list for $400. Please be careful with this shop. The owner appears to be a scam artist and will take advantage of customers who aren't mechanically inclined. I don't normally write many reviews but I felt that this was needed because I do NOT want other people to fall victim to this shop.

I used Groupon for oil change at their location and it was a big mistake, they are using Groupon to get customers to their location so they can try to scam them, when I go there they ask me to leave car and pickup after a few hours even though I never leave my car in past for oil changes and it’s done on spot but as it was my bad day I leave my car for oil change and after a few hours I get a phone call telling me about multiple issue with my car which all need to be repaired and one of the things they told me was impossible to have issues as I was aware that it was fine ( I verified that afterwards) , I politely denied all these money grabbing techniques and ask them to do just oil change for which I have already paid via Groupon, but when I reached there place to pickup my car they come up with another bill and ask me to pay that , I ask them that I have already paid Groupon and even if you are changing tax it can’t be that higher so can you please explain the charges on bill, the guy refuse to explain anything and told me just to pay in very bad manner or come any other time if I want explanation as he is only a mechanic and don’t know anything about bill , and lastly he comes up with a disclaimer letter and ask me to sign it ( letter says car is dangerous to drive without repairs with their made up issues and they are not responsible if anything happens), I ask that person what is this nonsense, I only come here for oil change and what it has to do with this nonsense letter but he insisted that if you want you car sign it or we will take it hostage, to cut story short I sign that paper pay whatever extortion money they ask for and leave these scammers place

I went there to check air conditioning, he took so much time and came up with so many other issues which were not even there in my car, so when I asked him to make report so I can ask any other to see that, than he wrote as a recommended to change other things. He changed his statement. I must say don’t go here even this is the last shop in the world

Honest mechanics, great price. I went there for my oil change but meanwhile I request them a couple more tasks, they accomplished without problem as well as they check my tires psi and top up my fluids by courtesy. I went there a Saturday morning without appointment and I had to wait about an hour, if you wish to avoid the wait you may book an appointment. They also sell pre-owned cars and as Authorized Napa dealer they have auto parts. Suddenly my brake light stop working and they changed right away. Personally I’ve read few of the other reviews and I wouldn’t give much consideration on non trustworthy reviews from people without profile picture being them most likely fake profile from the competition.

He is the most Honest and reliable mechanic that has your best interest. He won't make u spend more than what you need. Thank you for all the wonderful service and to keep my car going strong.

Total mess!! Visited them for seasonal tire swap through a Groupon coupon. They almost never pick phone. No concept of appointment. Walk in and they will turn you back. If they accept you, they have no ETA. No place to sit and wait. Keep waiting for hours. On top of all this - they lost one of my wheel nuts while putting my wheels back. They didn't even inform me. When I called back upon reaching home, they found the missing nut on the floor. No apologies whatsoever, instead shamelessly assured me that one missing nut is totally safe to drive. I'd never visit them again, even if offered for free.
