Most professionally and tastefully appointed cooking school premises and production base for food trucks, start-ups and smaller caterers. Centrally located near two major highways. Very service oriented staff and co-founder at site to help customers. Separate Kosher kitchen and ample production and prep stations equipped with modern facilities.

This place will blow you away! The owner is a humble man with a great vision. It is fascinating to hear the story of the development of this wonderful business model and the genuine intents behind it. The facility is 28,000 sqft, EXTREMELY clean, lots of light, has pretty much anything you can think of for your cooking needs! They also rent out rooms for parties, meetings and other events. I highly recommend you get a tour from the owner. The Kitchen is open 24 hours & affordable - don’t let the high end design and equipment scare you off thinking it’s costly, I had the same misconception at first.

Thanks Steve for the privilege to give back to our community. The food that was served today was top quality, and delicious. The turkey dinner with all the trimmings was exceptional. There were so many other incredible dishes. There was even food for the vegans, and vegetarians. I forgot to mention the delectable deserts, and when I thought that things had finished we packed up trays of food for shelters; and that wasn't all, some if the volunteers hit the road with containers of food for the homeless. I saw so many smiles on people's faces, and the thank you's touched my heart; and to think that you planned this feat of selflessness and giving all on your own. I am speechless, and filled with gratitude. This is a Christmas that I will always treasure. THANK YOU STEVE!

I worked here. I originally overrated this company. The hours are long, and there are no paid breaks or benefits.

Excellent event venue. All the amenities and a full kitchen, to boot. Lovely eclectic decor. Lots of tables and seating set up for various needs, and screens in the kitchen area.

TLDR venue is nice, kitchen24 team could be better, but Steve is the worst person any of us have ever worked with. Venue itself is very nice, but management is terrible. Kitchen24's contact doesn't know how to use reply all to keep everyone in an email chain, including us, their paying clients. Their team wasn't the best at admin work, but the real problem was Steve. Steve was fine until after we gave our deposit. From then on, he was rude and condescending in every interaction with us and our caterer. In our first meeting, he said he could put us in contact with amazing caterers, but 1 month later (4 weeks until our event), no progress was made. We contacted Kitchen24 and was told Steve would contact us in a week. He never did, so we contacted him. He claims his caterer is sick and does not want their contact information passed around. We asked Steve for other suggestions, and now he says he doesn't know any other caterers. Closer to the event date, the caterer we found ourselves told us they tried to arrange a site visit and rental drop off, but got nowhere with Steve. During our event, caterer found out that the prearranged dishes and flatware drop off were rejected by Steve the day before and he made no effort to contact anyone. His number was left as a contact during the event, but when the caterer called him, he answered their question but also said he was with people and didn't want to be disturbed.

It was truly an experience being here. Our fabulous community neighbourhood officer, Officer Swift told us about the place looking for volunteers for hamper packing and distribution for deserving families through the Toronto Police Services in their respective neighborhoods. I gathered my kiddo and her friends and headed down to Kitchen 24 and was blownuu away by the whole project. It was VERY efficiently run by Steve and his team. The volunteers were guided to tasks and the place ran like machine work. The sea of officers from various divisions either waited around while quite a few hiked up their sleeves and got to packing the hampers with everyone else. It truly was a heart ujjwarming sight. We had initially planned to be there from 9am to 1pm but eventually left at around 5pm. We were served a massive hot meal prepared by the chefs on site. Can't compliment enough the organization running 88the show. We've been back a couple of times to pick hampers for our community. And look forward to volunteering again. Good luck to all that you do Kitchen 24.
