This is our favourite place to go. We went to this restaurant after one we had went to was closed, and I am so glad that we did! The food is made with love and the woman at the front is very kind and welcoming. The enchiladas are my go-to order, always made to perfection. I live just 5 minutes away so we will continue supporting this wonderful business. Would definitely recommend the chicken & cheese papusas and the chicken enchiladas.

The quesadillas meat was quite tender and the sauce in particular very flavourful combined with the cheese and extra corn tortilla really heightened the taste. Empanadas were also very flaky and nicely cooked.

Corner of Jane and Macdonald. Wife and kids enjoyed the pupusas. I had the birria tacos (4) Chef hooked up off menu fish tacos (4) I ordered the Carne Asada as well. Nice place to sit down and enjoy El Salvador’s traditional dishes. The Carne Asada portion is decent with two tortas rice and refried beans. They gave me plenty of cabbage for the pupusas (2 cheese 2 mixed) when I order to go and the fish tacos were on point. I will order from here when I get the craving again.

I ordered one chicharron & cheese pupusa & one cheese, chicharron & beans pupusa along with a portion of plantains & beans. I tried the chicharron pupusa, it was very delicious and a good size portion. The plantain portion was also good but the beans portion was very small, only about 2 tablespoons max, and a bit too salty for my liking. Overall the rest was great and that is why I gave them 4 stars.
