★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's over two (2) months that this location doesn't have any scooters. Was told that the scooters unavailable due to new plugs required on scooters in order to Recharge. This location only has two (2) scooters. At least four (4) are needed because of many Seniors and many handicapped people are in this neighborhood . Management never available or in. Either out to lunch, in meetings or not in due to day off or ill. I asked the Security lady if she could get or send someone to see if a scooter was available at the other entrance. She replied "no". After waiting for an hour to get one that was returned, I asked a male Walmart staff greeter who went to stand on entrance side the Same question. He explained the situation there weren't any due to fact in need of repairs. The Security staff who was still there, could and should have explained the situation. I wouldn't have waited over an hour. This is absolutely DEPLORABLE and APPAULING. OBVIOUSLY WALMART DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. WALMART HIRES INCOMPETENT MANAGERS WHO DON'T DO WHAT THEY'RE PAID TO DO. HOW ON EARTH CAN MANAGEMENT GET PAID WHEN THEY DON'T MAKE TIME TO HEAR CUSTOMER'S COMPLAINTS AND GET PAID FOR IT??? !!!!! ???? I was told by other CUSTOMERS that when they do talk to manager they are always told... " It's the first complaint they've received.
