We then decided to list the home with Sunny, and he closed the deal in less than 30 days @ 99.9% list price that we were asking. His service was exceptional during the entire process with keeping us updated and not having to worry about anything, which as a builder is a very important trait we look for in our realtors. We are going to continue to use Sunny for all our future developments in the future, and cannot wait for all the upcoming developments and projects he will have SOLD in the new year! We were very pleased with how professional Sunny was. We were in between Calgary and Edmonton during the process of the selling our house and Sunny would constantly keep us up to date with anything going on with our home. Selling your home can be very stressful and we are thankful that we chose to go with Sunny as that stress was greatly minimized.

We didn't know what we wanted: in the city, or on the outskirts of town on a couple acres? Sunny was so extremely patient and helpful! He showed us over 10 properties over the course of a few months (in and out of town) and we finally found our dream home to raise our son.
