My wife and I reached out to Jasmin and let her know that we were interested in finding a home for purchase. Jasmin made herself available and was willing to work weekends and evenings which suited our schedule. We started off looking at homes that we told Jasmin we were interested in, however after looking at a few and Gathering valuable information from Jasmin with regard to Market and resale value, we went into a different direction. And boy are we glad we did. Jasmin has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. My wife and I both had ideas of what we wanted in a home. She wanted the kitchen a certain style. Myself I was more interested in the garage and basement layout. This you can imagine became very difficult. Jasmin was relentless with her searches. Jasmin did not give up and continued to search high and low for that perfect home. Keeping in mind our work schedules and weekends and evenings became our primary time. When we would come across a home Jasmin was more than willing to share her expertise which was a huge benefit. Things like Windows Landscaping drainage Etc. These are little things that can turn into costly efforts down the road. I am leery of a lot of these review sites. Friends of Realtors can go on and write reviews to pump their tires. I have no problem for those that are looking for a realtor to contact me personally and I can explain Jasmin professionalism in depth. Buying a home can be extremely stressful. I can assure you Jasmin was always there for my wife and I and was able to diminish and mitigate those stress factors. Once we found the home of our future Jasmin made the sale exceptional. We also had difficulties with the seller which Jasmin was a true champion in supporting our efforts and representing us. There are hundreds if not thousands of realtors in the Edmonton area making it extremely difficult to find that perfect match. With Jasmin personality and her willingness to help others this is an absolute no-brainer. I have to admit I can be difficult at times and she did not give up on me. Jasmin is very knowledgeable and professional. I say this because she has relentlessly for years assisted us in finding our forever home. We gave her our price point, location and what our needs are and she delivered on point. She is knowledgeable because she would update us on the market values of the potential homes we would be buying to ensure we were getting our value. She always answered any questions or concerns we had, whether it was schools, bus routes or future developments in the area. One example of her going beyond her duties was that my husband had to confirm he could park his big company truck on the street. Jasmin didn't hesitate to contact the City's bylaws to ease his concerns and he was able to park his big truck in front of our new house. She is professional because her paperwork was always in order and always made sure we followed protocol when entering someone's home for a viewing. Her mannerisms are polite and kind. She will look after your best interest because it's a reflection of who she is. But most importantly, she found us our forever home with everything we wished for.

I cannot praise Jasmin enough! We were moving here from BC 11 hours away and there was a lot to do. Jasmin went above and beyond all of my expectations, and even went back for us after we had an offer, to check on a few things we had forgotten about. We were having a hard time finding the right house and Jasmin was able to help us search builders in the area until we found the right one and the right house.
