★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorraine is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. After getting an evaluation from another top rated realtor - he had recommended thousands of dollars of renovations on what was essentially a knock-down rental. Lorraine had a different view; said we would sell it as-is (saving me time, aggravation & thousands of dollars in unnecessary renos). No sooner had she literally put the for sale sign in the ground, we had someone walk over with our first offer!. We quickly had multiple offers and very soon sold over list price. Lorraine was amazing at judging the market exactly right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have listed 3 separate properties with Lorraine over the last 4 years. Each was successful and timely. Our last property was listed and sold in less than a month. During this challenging period for showing. Lorraine and Scott both gave us good advice on prepping the property to show. Their listing was 1st class. We were kept well informed on all the viewings and offers. All signings and other key paperwork was clear, professional and easy. They also provided excellent contacts for contractors & legal. Lorraine and Scott remain as our go-to for property listings or real estate advice. For any future realtor requirements we may have, we will call Lorraine and Scott.

She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place for us and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an experience with Tom from start to finish. At no point did it feel like he was trying to sell me a house but rather help me and my family take the next big step in our lives. He guided us step by step.We found the perfect place with a big yard for my dog and kids. I had dealt with many realtors before and this was by far the best experience. Thanks for the sick pad Tom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought 2 condos with Lorraine with a 15 year time difference and sold a condo with Lorraine. All 3 times, I found Lorraine professional and helpful. Mortgages have changed and she answered those pop-up questions that relate to the real estate you are looking at. Lorraine knows the community. She directed me to PIP so that I have a flower bed with a condo. This made the situation better. I would definitely recommend Lorraine for any real estate needs.
