As a first-time home buyer, I really appreciated Kim's attention to detail. She drew upon her knowledge from assisting similar first-time buyers, and handpicked showings that were really on point for me. I was confident enough to make an offer after the first batch of showings, and Kim took the time to make sure I was comfortable with this decision by answering my many questions at warp speed. She negotiated a wicked deal for me too. Kim goes the extra mile and it has been clear from the start that she genuinely loves her job :)
