He was very patient with us selecting the perfect house and not once did we feel pressured to speed up the process. Ken was also available anytime of the day for any questions or concerns and he truly cared about our needs. After finding our first option that we really liked he was completely open and honest after the home inspection and recommended that we find another option. We valued Taylor's strategic approach to selling our home and his knowledge of both the area we were located in and the types of homes represented. He patiently walked us through his reasoning regarding listing price and what was happening in the current market. We appreciated that he didn't just talk at us. One aspect we really liked was that the team at Hack&Co followed up after showings to provide us with feedback. They asked realtors what their clients thought about how it showed, if they liked it, if it was in their top three and what their opinion was on the listing price. It was very valuable for us to know what potential buyers thought and we weren't left in the dark wondering if people liked it or if there was anything we may need to change to help it sell. Another thing we appreciated was that his team placed small signs around the home to draw attention to features of our house and property as well as the neighborhood that would be attractive to buyers. This kept the highlights of our property at the forefront of buyers minds when viewing it. Our experience with Taylor and his team at Hack& Co was very positive and I would highly recommend them. They are excellent at what they do, they care about their customers and they are always striving to provide thoughtful service.

My BAD experience with a realtor name (Sukhi Randhawa) Feb 28,2022. He works with re/max river city 100-,10328-81 Ave Edmonton. He is a very dishonest person. Please do NOT choose him as your realtor at all. 1. He told me that he will charge me $15000 fee. For $100,000 he will charge %7 and the remaining %1.5. That was a lie. When I went to sign the paper with my lawyer it is written almost $17000. When I tried to call him he didn’t pick up his phone. His answering machine is full. He didn’t answer to my text. I had to leave the lawyer’s office without signing. Then by 3 PM his partner (Lakhwinder Brar) texted me that he is away for one week. He is a very unprofessional realtor. Then I had no choice than signing the paper the next day with the lawyer. 2. The 2nd promise he did was that he will help me with the remaining of my mortgage penalty. I asked him how would you help me, he said don’t worry he will help me. When the time came that I am going to talk to the bank. I asked him again how would you help me. He tells me that I have to co-sign to someone which he will find and my mortgage can be transferred to that person and I don’t have to pay penalty to the bank. That is an ILLEGAL advice. I would never do that. 3. When I sign the contract to sell my house it says clearly microwave, stove, washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge. Nothing mentioned about the blinds. I made custom made blinds for my house for $1500. After I sold my house he says blinds is belongs to the house. I told him you didn’t mention about it in the contract or even verbally to me. He says it is attached good. He should have told me this before so I would at least know, I lost $1500 giving my blinds to the new owner. I got really stressed out about his dishonesty and not communicating. I won’t recommend him to anyone. His communication level is ZERO. At the beginning he entered to my house to show my house to his client without notifying me. While I was away. Over all a very bad experience. Now I am trying to call his manager John but he doesn’t have time to talk to me. I called John March 2. He said he is going away for one week then He will call me. Then March 10 I called John that you were supposed to call me. He said he is very busy my name is on his list he will call me when he has time. Today is March 16. No call at all.
