★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial reaction was great; however, he inflated my house's value ithout consultation, which has now put me in a corner. He appriased my one storey bungalow 30k over what I paid, two years ago, despite being in a depressed market. Additionally, all attempts to contact the company were ignored and i was not able to talk with my agent again. The fact that he would not reply when I had cocerns just proves this company is out for money and will not act in the customers best interest.
