★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During Wintertime or rainy weather it would be good to include a activity room & library area on the top floor or penthouse, to walk around and enjoy the view there. so the people living there are not coped up in there rooms. Hopefully you will add it later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to visit my grandmother few weeks ago in Complex Care. The AC is only available in the dining area. Patients rooms are so hot. Hallway is hot. The further you go to the end of the hallway, the hotter it would be(Staffs don't know how to change thermostat as it is locked, and please your staffs are sweating!) and NO cellular service in the building, but it became worse as there is NO public wifi available. How is this convenient and reasonable for visitors?
