★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Know someone in here and it is wonderful. It's like a 5 star hotel. The food is great and good selection. The cost is not that bad as he has almost 700 Sq ft unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is more than just a seniors home. This is a cruise ship on land! I used to work on cruise ships and this is a place where they offer various activities, great food and amazing experiences! A wonderful place to call home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understaffed. Very poor management. The staff are all nice but overworked and underpaid. They are cutting corners to save money. I would seriously look at all your options before choosing this retirement home. All the workers say that Stella has no clue on how to manage but no one will listen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behind the scenes.....terrible experience with this facility. Took advantage of my 82 year old mother after my father passed away in Jan 2019. They charged her a 2nd occupancy fee of $650 in Feb 2019 and gave us the run around regarding the return of the money. She moved at the beginning of Feb and we didn’t receive the $3100 damage deposit until April 8, 2019 and even though the residency agreement was in both of my parents names they made the cheque to the estate of my father, instead of the last living tenant (my mother).
Then after proving that the money came out of her account, they refused to correct their mistake without an indemnity agreement being signed. Finally, received the cheque Apr 19, 2019.
I can’t believe they would put an elderly lady through such an ordeal…..for SHAME. What if she hadn’t had us to advocate for her?? Think before your parents go into this place. NOT looking out for their best interest, especially after they can't suck any more money out of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Mother moved in to the Pacifica in March. Beautiful atmosphere and her suite is perfect! The staff are very friendly and professional and the food, all cooked IN HOUSE, is really excellent. Ken, the manager, is beyond fabulous and always makes us feel at home. Fred, the services manager, is really on top of his game and if we ever have tiny issues or questions, everything is dealt with swiftly. There is a wide variety of activities every day and the residents interact nicely together. There is a very positive vibe there and people seem so happy. I highly recommend The Pacifica!
