★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible/rude employees. Every time I get off from ebus/red arrow from quality inn they always ask where I need to go.. and because my destination is so close they say no. So I suggest not telling them where you need to go in order to get a ride

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude drivers, dispatch and managers. If you complain about the treatment the manager will yell at you instead of correcting it. Poor customer service. Overall terrible company. The whole time you feel unsafe because either the driver will be rude to you or they'll take you the scenic route. Minus stars would be fitting but sadly unable to do so.

If you need a cab from Sun taxi ask for Hassan and give him a big tip... Car 1107

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hit and miss. Privately owned. There drivers are fast. But they are hit and miss in this town. Considering their main demographic is not really daytime workers, it makes sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got ripped off by suntaxi 2111 for 5 bucks lol. Dispatched asked me what do I want her to do lol like if I was a guy your cabs wouldn’t be pulling fast ones because they wouldn’t get paid .DO YOUR JOB because next time I will not pay if you want to rip me off.And tried to lie and tell me the meter increase lol the meter increased in the last hour because I also took cab 2011 and he did his job correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today our taxi driver got lost finding our pick up location (he was 30 minutes late) and then he took us to the wrong address. He didn’t know where to go. On the way to the right location he got lost again. By the time we arrived at the right location we were an additional 30 minutes late, for a total of one hour of lost time. When attempting to get our bags out of the trunk he was unable to unlock it, and we had to retrieve our bags through the inside of the vehicle. He was upset and wanted more money out of us because of how long the journey took. At least it was an adventure that I will never forget, one that I can tell my grandchildren! ;)
