I would rather drive my packages there my self than to use this terrible company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have the choice between an English Carrier pigeon, a World War II style bomber that will just drop your package in the general vicinity of your home or this company choose the first two. After spending 10 minutes trying to get through the terrible self service menu phone line and actually getting a hold of a real human, I attempted to change the default pickup location to a store closer to me with later opening hours, this request was denied and I was assured that the default location had later opening hours than listed in google. After being given the incorrect hours of operation for my local pickup centre , I got to enjoy a one hour drive out of my way to arrive at a location that had been closed for 45 minutes. Complete waste of my time. That said I have nothing against this specific location as I’m sure the staff are potentially accomodating ( don’t know as place was closed ) but the current experience from start to finish with customer service was horrendous. Please for the love of god do better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I talked to the lady who told me to call back. I called back and she hung up on me.
I called back again to arrange a new pick up location. She said its against their policy. Which is wierd considering it would be a simple task.
I said I would call back later.
When I did the next day she said she returned the package.
Because I didnt call back that day. Like she has no understanding of other people.
It seemed like it was just all bad buisness from the start with them.
I ordered stuff before and they told me we dont deliver to the place that I payed for and is agreed upon.
So anything you are expecting from this place will never happen. They are rude and un able to preform simple tasks.
