★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service is usually pretty good. But I must sat their customer service is atrocious!! No number to call and contact if you have any questions, just some outdated automated system. How hard is it to have your employees answer the phone once in a while in case you have a quick question? Cant imagine how much business theyre losing just because they cant be contacted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only delivery service in town where you actually get your packages and updated right through to delivery. The rest are terrible including courriers where you have to do their job for them and go get it yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had this firm hang up on me 3 time while trying to track down my package. They have all been rude, and no one has been interested in assisting me in solving my problem. Avoid like Covid-19, this organization is a joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have had a sign on their door for days saying that they are closed today and will re open tomorrow but tomorrow never seems to come. Was on hold with their call center for over half an hour until I was able to speak to someone who tried calling the branch and even they were unable to contact anyone. I could see people moving around inside and they even remotely started their vehicles while I was sitting beside them. I got there around 4:20pm and finally gave up at 5:10pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is absolutley the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. The call taker on the phone trying to solve my missed delivery was amazing but the drivers or secondary carrier company they use sux! I live in a HighRise and was told 2 hours before he would arrive so rather then chance missing my 165$ plus shipment and give him the door code I waited....and waited...and waited until I see online that he returned to the warehouse and made zero attempt . STOP wasting my time and either shut down or man up and be a courier company. 36 years in business? How!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in apartment and putted a note on the main door since this morning, just to give me a call but delivery man didn't. I hope they should be considerate of that. I cannot stay all day at the main door to wait the whole day, i have 1yearold to takecare. Were paying for the delivery. You should be considerate too. Thank you!
