★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I scheduled a move days in advance. Communicated clearly the addresses and contact information for pickup and delivery of my items. After waiting all day for a 10am pick up I was completely ghosted. I've since heard many bad things about this company. Very disappointing to say the least, even if their communication was better I could have offered some compassion and understanding but they just don't seem to care about customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely aweful. Terrible management. Damaged items. Over charged. Lying untrustworthy movers. Hany specifically is an absolute joke. Disgusting people, terrible business. Save your money and go LITERALLY anywhere else.
**we scheduled weeks in advance, and called the day prior, they still didn't show up. I had to call and they arranged to have some people who weren't even movers come. They came 4 hours late, charged 1200$ to move 12 items (we already had the items conveniently placed for easy moving) the movers lied about how much time they spent, plus they took off multiple times for breaks. AND damaged 2 items. It took me 7 days dealing with the manager and he accused us of harassing his business...im blown away at how unprofessional this company is. Honestly took food right off our table. Liars. Don't deserve to be in business in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed in this company. Booked a month in advance. Had one day left to move, and 15 mins before they said they’d be there, got a call that they wouldn’t make it. Even had a confirmation email and called them the day before to make sure everything was in order for the next day. So cancelled at 845 am. Got a call at 3 pm later from the company letting me know she can’t do anything for me so had to move all by myself with two females. I’m incredibly disappointed with the service and the ability to problem solve from this company. Will not be recommending to anybody in the future but in fact steering towards a more reliable company. They had no retribution or solutions. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have used 4 Seasons Moving twice now, both were a success. The crew worked quick and carefully. They wrapped fragile items and were considerate of our belongs. Nothing was damaged both moves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called 4 seasons on Saturday afternoon in a panic for them to help move since the other movers we had booked for weeks didn’t show up. Ohana and Izzy stayed late for us and got us all move last minute which was amazing. We were swapping appliances from one house to another and had quite a bit of furniture so it was a big job to take on a Saturday. We appreciate how you guys were able to save our day. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with this company. We relocated to Fort Mac earlier this week and failed to hire a moving company in advance to help us unload our stuff into our new place. I phoned them the morning that we were due to arrive in Fort Mac and requested help, they were able to send me 2 guys that were professional, polite, and helpful. Great service and appreciated them making it work for us on such short notice.

Given that moving can be stressful at the best of times, I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is n the process of moving. They were able to turnkey my moves and take the stress away from me. They were efficient, friendly and their pricing was reasonable. They take the time to do it right and took the care required to ensure my most valuable possessions were moved damage free. Thank you for all the great work.
I am now using 4 Seasons on a regular basis to move inventory between Calgary, Edmonton and Fort. McMurray. I have been thrilled with their efficiency and integrity.
