★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had any good experience with them. I always have to drive down to their office to pick up my parcels. Purolator recently misplaced the parcel I have been expecting so urgently from them. Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some stuff form Calgary It was supposed to be delivered by UPS but they passed it off to these jokers. My order was split into two packages, one was delivered to my house the other was delivered to a flower shop... in a mall... 10 min away from my house...
I got a call from the flower shop and had to go pick up my package myself.
I'm currently waiting for another package. I got an attempted delivery notice on my door because I was at work all day(Friday). The next delivery attempt will be on Monday. When I'll be at work all day. I would go pick it up myself but for some reason they close at 6pm(Seriously?) and are closed on the weekend (Are they a bank in the 1960's?)
They won't deliver on weekends or evenings how am I supposed to get my Package?
If you are expecting a package from these guys you better use some vacation days and camp out by your door or you might not ever get your package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purolator is one of the worst shipping companies out there. Can't pickup a package unless your id has the same shipping address as the parcel. That is just ridiculous. People at the counter are not helpful in anyway or understanding. Tried 1 delivery attempt and that was it. They are just as bad as Fedex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a series of unfortunate events, i found myself walking ankle deep in the snow towards Purolator in Fort Mcmurray. With a nose worthy of Rudolf, I entered the establishment somewhat frustrated. A beautiful and kind woman behind the desk greeted me warmly, yet somewhat confused by how i got there. She had not noticed me driving up to this inconvenient location. I explained to her my situation, why i was on foot, and how important it was for me to send this check (written by my insurance company to pay out my now destroyed Volkswagen) as quickly as possible. Kobkaew Hulbert, the young, beautiful and vibrant woman behind the desk, was not only thorough in detail and professional, but patient and kind as i searched for necessary information to send my package. After feeling completely reassured that my package would be sent promptly and to the designated location, i turned to leave. I was then stopped by Kobkaew and her offer of driving me to the nearest bus stop about a 20mins walk away during her lunch break. I was taken aback by her kind gesture but accepted it with gratitude. Employees that go above and beyond to create exceptional customer service experiences is far and few between these days. Thank you Kobkaew and Purolator for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1:20pm on a Friday oct 29 driver walks up to my house. I see him from my room window. I see him with my package.
No knock on the door no doorbell ring.
The driver did not check if anyone was home before assuming no one was. He leaves a pickup at location sticker.
It’s now Friday, my package was at my house for me to receive. Understanding the driver was to lazy to do his do diligence. Now I have to wait till Monday or go get the package. Which defeats the purpose of shipping something to your house.
This is not the first scenario with this shipping company. There more concerned with quantity then quality.
Why is is Purolator the only the only one that won’t drop off at my house without a signature.
I Receive several packages a week and Purolator is the only one that can’t seam to do it sensibly and efficiently…. Better off going back to bird mail.

I called in to Purolator and explained the situation.
The answer I got was sorry. We can deliver on Tuesday, 4 days from now or I can pick it up Monday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So sad I expected the items come yesterday but they didn't bring my stuff that I purchased. I already pay for it but they want me to go to their office. And not responsive also I call customer service 8x but no body answer me. Next time if the courier Is Purolator I will cancel my order and I will tell others about this. I'm so disappointed.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s one of those stores that doesn’t engage in correspondence with the clients. I’m 2 hours north of Fort McMurray and I’m unable to release a package to anyone in the area. My name, my tracking number. This is because the tracking number is on a door tag that doesn’t exist because it was hold for pickup. “Anyone can get the tracking number, so you have to draft a brief letter stating that you’d like your package released” because whomever would potentially steal a package is incapable of drafting a letter? Are they go signature match? Do a forensic audit? No. It’s just red tape to be disagreeable. Not only will I never use this Purolator again. I’ll never use Purolator. The only recourse I’m afforded is this review and my deferred business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst delivery company in Canada. Online chat is a joke, they are very rude and will end the chat randomly if they don't want to respond to you. If you try calling them you will be on hold for an hour(I gave up after an HR) and they don't deliver anything and lie about tracking information. You can even meet them at the door if your quick enough before they sneak away without knocking and they don't even have the parcel with them just a delivery notice for you to go get it yourself because they won't deliver it because it's too heavy (I'm serious that's what the driver said)....how are they still in business. If I ever get another order from Amazon shipped with Purolator I will cancel it unless they can ship it with a reliable, competent shipping company. Oh look at that tracking updated again "package delivered today". Delivered where? Not to me. What a scam.
