And if you try to fix the issue by telling me you can deliver the package that your driver SIGNED FOR, please don't renege on that offer 30 seconds later. Unprofessional. Accountability for the actions of the agents of your company is paramount, then again so isn't actually apologizing for the mixup, neither of which happened.
