★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother calling to ask if they have whatever type of product you need and the price. they wouldn't share any of that info over the phone. SUPER unprofessional if you ask me. Asked about a product she told me yes they have it but no I won't give you the price.... ?!?! Really ?!? Since you are the only supplier that carries it in the city for now. If I'm all that concerned I could go to sephora make up or Amazon to purchase. Just can't believe how her attitude was. And have never heard of having to see my lisence to find out the price of a product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is super friendly, always very welcoming and have great advice as well as very knowledgeable... I enjoy going there very much to see the girls!! The store is neat, tidy and very organized, I like browsing around and checking out what’s new too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff able to communicate with each other but unable to communicate with clients and were unhelpful with potential customers at this location. This is unfortunate as many other employees at other distributors are far more friendly and professional. The staff at this location may benefit from incentive programs or training that involves a much more approachable experience to stylists and salon owners looking to purchase product for their own clients at their place of business.
