★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my dog Travis in for an exam due to bowel issues he’s having, we’ve seen a few vets who have all brushed off the issue but Dr.Kumar was very knowledge and eager to help us find out the cause of the issues. Travis also has really bad anxiety when he goes to the vet, Kumar and Jasleen were SO patient and gentle with him. Thank you guys for the amazing service, we will definitely be coming back !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kumar and staff have all been friendly and patient, explain things well and don’t push for unnecessary services or medications. Although my puppy isn’t a fan of the actual check ups - he is always happy to see all of the folks who work here whenever we go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone in this facility is amazing. The place is incredibly clean and they really care about the well-being of my pets. The process has always been very smooth and we appreciate the efficient reminders about annual checkup / vaccinations etc. Both my dog (choco) and my cat (charlie) had some small emergencies the previous years and they have always been quick to accommodate and advice us what to do. Always so compassionate and friendly. We really thank all of you <3

I am definitely not an easy customer and they were able to help me out with everything I needed. Also, there was a mistake that happened but was, with apologies, rectified right away,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had gone through 1.5 years and 3 different vets to try to figure out what was going on with our dog when he was displaying obvious distress when trying to go #2. After countless times trying to explain the severity of the problem to others, the only thing we were told was that he was a “drama queen” and there was no real problem.
One observation from Dr.Kumar, and he was able to instantly diagnose his issue and treat it completely within 1 week, with additional dietary tips to ensure the problem didn’t happen again.
The entire staff were so caring and thoughtful throughout the entire experience, which made a world of difference to us. Our dog has massive vet anxiety, and the Sullivan Animal Hospital team was able to make him as comfortable as possible from start to the finish.
A lot of vets are working to pay the bills and run a business. Sullivan Animal Hospital is working to help animals get better.
Thank you so much for helping us, we will only be bringing Travis to this team from now on!
