d	doug wain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wow what a nightmare . found a stray cat and took it to scottsdale for a check up , nail trim ect. only to recieve a bill for 1500 bucks in a month for tests . they preformed tests i told them not to and did not perform some of the services they were paid too the rear toe nails were nicely cut the front not touched too the point that the claws had grown in a circle and were embedded in his paws causing a trip to emergency for another 1500 where new vet at animal emergency told us they were never cut and the 15 year old cat was blind how could scottsdale have missed these things. we alerted the manager who consulted with owners and told us all they were willing to do was a reexam at our cost. these people are incompetent decietful and do nothing but drive up your bill if you go there give your head a shake may as well just throw the money away they do not stand behind there work i have other stories of this clinic but not enough time to write it all down
P	Paulina Pereira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nicole Wensing is the best. My boy Sydney was down with fever she treated him and he was just fine within 24 hours. Every appointment takes approximately 2H each time that we have been here. But it's worth it, obviously because we want the best for our fur babies, isn't it!

Front desk staff makes you feel rushed, doesn't seem friendly and recently argued with me about the care of my pet. Had some tests done recently and they told us our pet had kidney failure, when we got a second opinion that was far from the truth. I personally have taken our pet to a different vet and I would advise anyone to do the same until they get back to what made them a great vet.
T	Tanya Wyss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to Scottsdale for about 15 years. I have always trusted the care my fur babies have received from the amazing vets. I mostly see Nicole Wensink and have relied on her advice for many years. Nicole is an amazing vet and I trust her completely. Nicole was not available recently to see our new puppy, so we saw Melissa Stephens. She is also wonderful and I felt very reassured when dealing with her. My only “complaint “ is that we still cannot go into the clinic with our pets. I am not sure why those that are double vaccinated cannot go in masked and be with our pets. I also highly recommend they put each vets general schedule on their website, so we can book with our regular vets more often. In saying this, I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else and I love the care they receive.

I originally used the services of Dr Cory Van der ende and then Dr Irene O Brien. The quality of care and knowledge is top notch. All the staff are very caring and professional. All areas of care are readily explained to the owners. They have reduced their hours over the years and you may have to be on hold. But it is well worth the wait. Excellent care and compassion
J	Jassi S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here when our dog was attacked by another dog, this was our first visit. They took him in immediately and took such good care of him and even followed up the next morning. They are professional, caring and very patient. I would highly recommend this vet!!
