Not to play favourites or anything because I am apart of this team! But everyone here is reliable, kind, compassionate, and I would recommend anyone to come see us! Not to mention, most of you have become some of my best friends!

My little puppy started having seizures new years eve. I called the office and was dealt with immediately, staff was professional and comforting. I truly appreciate everything they did for me and my Charlie Bean. I'm new to town and they treated me like family. It's not easy to find a vet right now nevermind the wonderful service we received on a busy holiday. Charlie is back to playing like a normal puppy and I'm so glad I was able to get her help!Thanks so much CVH!

I have been a client with Creston Veterinary Hospital for 3 years. During which time they have provided all my pets with gold standard care and helped me and my family through emergencies and making the hard decision to say good bye. I have always found the prices very reasonable, especially coming from the lower mainland where Veterinary care is significantly more expensive. However, where some clinics may have used affordability to cut corners, I can always expect the best from Dr. Rob and his team. WE ARE CLIENTS FOR LIFE

I was genuinely hoping that I would be writing the opposite type of review. Our family dog unfortunately had to recently be put down. My wife made the appointment a few days prior and she was given options and agreed to the one that was she felt was suitable. On the day of the appointment I said good bye to my best friend and pal of nearly 12 years. This is the toughest day a person will go through as a pet owner and I went into the clinic with the trust that they would make this as easy as possible. I was given some paperwork and told two I had two options and asked to sign. After I said good bye to Dexter and sat with him until he passed, I was pretty sad but decided to make sure everything was settled before I left. When I paid the invoice I realized that it was substantially more than what we agreed upon the phone while making the appointment. At the time I had zero interest in being there any longer than I had to. When they called to let us know the ashes were ready to picked up my wife inquired about the extra amount on the invoice. She was told that we would be refunded when I picked up the ashes. We were not. When we called two days later we told to stop by and we would be refunded. I stopped by expecting to this again to be very simple but instead I was brought into a room and explained why I wouldn’t be refunded as if that couldn’t have been done over the phone if that were going to be the result. I explained how I trusted the person giving me the paperwork to explain everything thoroughly and giving me all of my options and I was told that would be taken under consideration and a manager would be consulted. We were called the next day and told that again we would not be refunded. Let me be clear, this review isn’t about the level of care Dexter was given. He was treated with compassion and every step of the procedure was explained with great detail (kudos to Dr Julie). This is also why I was hoping that this review would go the other way. It’s unfortunate that all of the pre-procedure options were not explained with such great detail. Unfortunately, this review is now about the feeling that we were taken advantage of in a time of grief. I shouldn’t have to ask for a written quote and feeling like making a life decision for my best friend is a business transaction. But that was the ultimate suggestion given. I should be able to trust that level of care shown to my dog would match the level of business ethics. And that’s my unfortunate experience.

Shout out to Creston Veterinary Hospital . My kitten got neutered the other day and although it's a simple procedure, I was still nervous for my boy but they phoned me when he was out of surgery and when I went to pick him up they reassured me that they kept him very warm with hot water bottles. The cost was reasonable, they were quick to answer my questions after he got discharged, and they called to check up on him later that night.?

The Creston Veterinary Clinic has been offering superb care for our family of animals for many years now. They have examined, treated, operated on and the team there has consistently offered caring, knowledgable and progressive information and treatments for our wide variety of critters. The staff there are always in such wonderful spirits, take the time to hear our concerns and always follow up with us afterwards, no matter what their day was like. We never feel like anything is missed, they are always happy to have conversations about any concerns or plans for care and they are so wonderful with all of our companion animals. We feel so lucky to have them caring for our pets and honestly couldn't speak of them more highly. Thank you all for what you do!

Creston veterinary hospital heard my concerns for my little guy and had him in the very same day, they were able to address his issues and identify the problem without any unnecessary medications, and while he still has episodes they have lessened greatly, and my boy is much happier! They've also called us regularly to make sure that things are great and I appreciate the concern as it shows that they care about their clients!! Creston Veterinary Hospital was kind, caring and affordable! They looked after my boy Mr. Beef and they will be our vet from now on! They also have one of the most welcoming reception staff I have ever encountered! Five stars just doesn't do them Justice! 10/10!! Best Veterinary Hospital I've ever dealt with!! Ruby’s Tail Amputation Ruby had to have her tail amputated because of a reoccurring issue. She had the most beautiful tail and Creston veterinary clinic did their very best to try to save the tail with ongoing treatments. The best option for Ruby: The kind support that we received all the way from the appointment to assess whether the tail be removed, to picking Ruby up after the surgery was phenomenal. It’s been only a day and she almost back to her happy fur girl self. Thank you Creston Veterinarian Clinic!!Great job done by everyone on staff!
