My first time coming here as I was unable to get an appt with our reg vet. Very nice staff and not hurried or rushed (if only my GP gave me that much time!). Vet (Dr Singh) explained things very well, seemed to genuinely care and wasn't pushy when it came to additional testing. Would definitely recommend.

Great business! Have brought my cats for a couple issues, injuries from other cats. Dealt with very professionally, always a warm welcome, very fair prices, and I have never felt over prescribed. Long hours and they always seem to make room in the schedule, almost always same day. my go to.

Dr. Narinder is a great listener who is caring and generous with his time. When I needed his help, not just once or twice but multiple times, to complete the paperwork required to bring my cat overseas, he made time for me in his busy schedule.

I was going to take my dog to this vet but my cousin told me about her horrible experience. This is so sad, we are dealing with cute, and VULNERABLE PETS! We need to remember to be kind and delicate with them. I will not be taking my dog there. I am replying for my cousin Akame Gosal as she cannot reply to the last comment the hospital made: North Delta Animal Hospital's response to me was unprofessional and they take no responsibility for the way they spoke to me or what they did to my dog. Instead they are shifting the blame onto me. The vet should have educated me on deworming *monthly* instead of lying and saying she did it. They are the professionals here and they need to make sure they inform the client about everything when it comes to our pets. They left information out and did not clarify what needs to be done, specially when I asked questions multiple times during that visit. I was shut down or ignored. That is a form of negligence and therefore I DO NOT recommend anyone waste their hard earned money on this place. Thank you!

Worst Vet Ever! I took my puppy to this vet, I had originally gone to see the main doctor but the receptionist told me he wasn’t in and that someone else will be taking care of my puppy. The “Dr” that showed up was Manveer and she proceeded to give my puppy vaccinations (she made me hold my puppy when I didn’t want too) the first vaccine that she injected in my puppy spilt all over my hand as I immediately told her that it did and showed my hand she quickly brushed it off and said “no it didn’t don’t worry” and then she called an assistant and grabbed my puppy and quietly whispered to her assistant as we were standing there that it spilt and they have to do it again. My partner and I looked at each other and were very nervous and confused about what was happening and made a remark that  "she was not comfortable doing the shots to begin with".  After mentioning things that were going on with my puppy she did not do any further examinations and told me everything is okay and the deworming had been completed. She then advised to bring her back for her next set of vaccines and that other than that she's good. I had then felt very anxious from this experience so I booked an appt with another vet and they had immediately told me they were going to run some exams/tests. I now have received a call from the other vet I went to, and they have informed me that my dog is positive with parasites. So, I called in to speak to Manveer and she was completely rude and disrespectful knowing how nervous and frustrated I was because we also have another dog at home which is unfortunately suffering with this as well now. The conversation that we had was completely out of line. I called her as an anxious pet owner to keep her up to date about what happened and instead of her apologizing about this inconvenience and consoling me she then began to argue with me and tell me how it was my fault that this had happened. Then I respectively told her that the way she was talking to me was unacceptable and that I wanted to talk to the main doctor. Only then did she apologize and offer me a free deworming pill where I responded that money was not the issue, I just wanted my puppy and future dogs to be handled with better care. As our conversation continued she made me feel even more uncomfortable because it seemed like she was hiding something and she was scared. I regret not reading all the reviews before I took my pet there. I advise everyone to read the reviews and be very careful where you take your pets because again we are dealing with babies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! If you have to pay an extra $30-50 for another place with better ratings and service please take your little furry animals there.

I stand by this place wholeheartedly. Unlike any experience I've ever had, anywhere else. The cost is much cheaper, more properly evaluated, and you leave with such an amazing sense of being cared about that you almost can't wait to go back. Instead of being terrified your pet is sick, this place makes you feel so taken care of and understood. I was blown away and refuse to go anywhere else. I've recommended this place to a ton of people and speak of it highly. If you truly want your pet cared for at a proper cost, this is the place to go

We have used these vets for over 10 years and the service has always been very good. The vets and staff are extremely knowledgable and take a deep interest in their clients. Our dogs love them! I highly recommend them.

I met one of the vets, he came into my work, seemed really nice and I used to live in the area. Boy am I glad I came here. I called around to at least 4 other places and I couldn't believe the prices. Not only were they a decent price for my babies shots but they were all so kind, took the time to get to know kitten and my dog as well as myself. They definitely have a sense of family. The vet himself was amazing with my dog. My dog is usually skiddish around strangers especially men but he was so gentle neither of them even flinched whole getting their shots. I will definitely be returning in the future!!
