Studio Nails - Edmonton

I had my brow tenting yesterday the lady is not good at all poor customer service I ask her to fix my brow she used a wax not my lower eye brow skin is still painful and had bruise from the wax that she used I ask her how to maintain she said it’s up to you how do u maintain it omg .. I won’t come back in this studio again . I thought I will feel good after but iam sure and had brused.

These guys did a fantastic job on my nails!! I definitely recommend. The staff are super friendly

This is the worst nail service ive ever received in my life. I went there 1.5 hours before they close(i was unaware of the time they closed but was made aware later on.) I told the lady working that I wanted a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax, I wanted to get acrylic nails and showed her what I wanted to get. The lady working told me she could have this done for me, she knew that there wouldn't be enough time and still proceeded to accept me as a customer. When doing my nails, she appointed a different lady to do my nails, knowing this lady had limited skills and could not do what I asked. The lady failed to shape my nails correctly, failed to form an apex, and proceeded to speak to me in an aggressive tone and with anger when I asked her to mix nail polish colours together in order to get a more precise colour to my nail inspo. Instead of simply telling me that they don't mix colours together at this store, she proceeded to raise her voice at me and slam the nail polish again the table in anger and talk to her coworkers about me in another language not knowing i could understand them. The staff continuously talks bad about their customers. By now it's past closing and the lady is struggling to do the design I asked for, forcing me to go home without receiving what i asked for. with nail polish and excess acrylic powder all over my cuticle and palm, while still paying full price. The lady who did my nails also mixed the nail polish on nail tips instead of on a pallet mixer, and told me she was going to charge me $1 per tip, she used 5 nail tips to mix nail polish colours. This could have all been avoided if the staff was open about their skill, their availability and what they could and couldn't do. I left this store wanting to cry, I hate the nails, I felt embarrassed and disrespected as they talked about me and raised their voice at me on numerous occasions. What I can recommend for anyone who plans to come here, don't, instead support your local small nail techs as they will treat you better. Ive listed below what I asked for and what I recieved.

First time at this location. Went for nail fill. Lady who did my nails was personable and did I think a good job did exactly what I wanted, will go again.

I got my nails done for a event at school and they turned our really nice but a few imperfections that I don’t really care about. Thank you they’re really cute.

Don't go here. Nothing but problems. For starters, they rushed the pedicure and were not gentle whatsoever. I've always had healthy feet and nails but after going here my toes were so sore and red. I removed the polish a few days later and was able to see just how bad my natural nails were. Chewed up. I'm not sure if that's due to the filing method or something else. I ended up developing an ingrown nail once they started to grow out which has never been a problem for me but even if that wasn't due to them, I ended up with a nail fungus! I've never in my life experienced this and I am beyond annoyed! Some nails turned brown and yellow and now my big toe nail is starting to detatch from the nail bed! It obviously wasn't very sanitary! A nice girls day out pedicure has turned into nothing but pain and issues. Not to mention they're way over priced for the quality of pedicure my mother in-law and I recieved. $70 each! They're not kind and don't listen. My mother in-law said she was in pain the whole time. 1st the foot soak was straight hot water, and when she started working on her nails my inlaw asked several times for her to be more gentle! She didn't listen! Disgusting.

I came here to have my nails done as part of a bridal party. The salon itself is clean and well lit. The massage chairs are comfortable, as are the manicure chairs. My nail technician was friendly. However, I was fairly specific about the manicure and pedicure set I wanted, and the technician said she could do it, but then gave me something completely different. Upon inspection when I came home, I noticed that my nails look like they've grown out a bit, and some tips don't fit my nailbed. A day later and two of them have begun to lift. I don't think I'll come back.
