Made the experience comfortable, no matter how many times I got the same piercing I would still feel nervous all over again but I had no time to feel nervous at all. Lots of amazing advice I was never told before, after years of getting the same piercing because of it closing on me or getting irritated, now I can take care of it properly and fingers crossed I won’t have to get it re done for the 6th time ? The staff were welcoming & I Will be going back for another piercing very soon.

Kenzie was extremely kind and patient and explained everything she was doing in detail and answered my questions. I was very nervous but she made me feel comfortable and safe. Very happy with my piercings.
C	Corey Lahey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About an hour before my tattoo appointment I notice a text asking me to confirm that I will be there, so i respond and confirmed. At that time they told me to make sure I bring ID and if i need to change my appointment to give them 24hrs notice. My appointment was for 12:30. I was driving to the shop and literally just around the corner when they called me at 12:22 to tell me that the tattoo artist has been sick for 2 days now and wont be coming in. I was told another artist may be able to do it, but it depends on what I want done. I have social anxiety. It took me a week to prepare to meet this person, I even had notes for talking points... It was kind of a big deal to me. I'm not upset that someone is sick, in fact its great that they are taking precautions. Its the way you didn't tell me until I was nearly walking in the shop even though you said you knew for nearly 48hours at that point. That is just disrespectful. I did however get my deposit refunded with no problem.

Everyone was very friendly and my piercer was very sweet and informative :) Ive been to quite a few different piercing shops in search of one I can make my go-to and this one is by far one of the best I’ve been to in my area! Will probably come back here for more piercings in the future!! :) Definitely recommend checking them out.

Kenzie took her time to make sure my piercings would be even and look perfect! I am so happy with how they came out! I can’t wait to book my next appointment here!! The atmosphere was great and super comforting!!

I got pierced by Josh and he made sure I was comfortable and he let me take as much time as I needed to be sure about my decision. He talked me through everything and it was a great experience overall. HIGHLY recommend this place it’s the only place I’ll go to. If you want a professional piercer who actually cares about their clients, go see Josh. You won’t regret it.

He takes his time with site selection and is determined to make sure you're happy with the final look of the piercing. The staff at the front were also very welcoming and added to a positive environment. Highly recommend.
