STRIDE SPIN STUDIO

Stride is the best spin studio in Kamloops! All the instructors are friendly and welcoming. The classes are so fun, motivating, and empowering with instructors encouraging you to be your best self. They have such a great space at Stride with a large well air-conditioned room and access to showers and restrooms within the facility. The room layout allows all riders to have tons of space while giving prime access to mirrors. The location is also very conveniently located downtown with decent parking. I can't say enough good things about Stride!

Kristi and her whole team have created the most amazing space in Stride Spin. When you walk through those doors you will be greeted with a warm and energetic hello by the instructor that is teaching that day! The facility is very clean, bright, spacious and airy and all the riders are so welcoming. Each instructor brings their individual personalities to each class by the music they pick, the choreography they choose and the positive and encouraging words they say. It is the best way to de-stress, especially with everything that is going on right now and you will feel like you are really part of an incredible community.

Stride Spin Studio. Oh I can't say enough good things about this studio. Stride and all of the instructors and riders that make up Stride I hold so very close to my heart! From the moment you walk in the doors you are always greeted with the biggest smile and a friendly hello. All of the instructors are so knowledgeable and are always available to answer any questions and get you set up on your bike. One of my favorite things about this studio is that every instructor is so different and unique, I love each one for different reasons. The studio is in immaculate condition, it is always so clean and so well maintained! Especially during covid and these crazy times we're in they make sure every rider sanitizes when they walk in the building as well as when you leave the room, and they ensure all bikes, shoes, weights and common surfaces are sanitized and cleaned. This studio very quickly became a second home for me and an outlet that I so badly needed, the community and empowering group of women that came with it is far more than I could have ever imagined! The owner, Kristi Fay, gave our community EXACTLY what we needed! A space to show up for ourselves, empower ourselves and others, work together but independently, push ourselves past our comfort zones, and make more memories and friendships than ever imagined. Thank you Stride, I always leave the studio feeling so fueled, powerful, confident, stronger than ever before, and my cup is always so full! I recommend this studio to EVERYONE and I am so grateful to be apart of the community that is Stride Spin Studio.

I seriously don’t even have the words to describe how much I love this studio! I have never been one to enjoy working out but when I heard kristi opened up her own studio I had to try it for myself (because she is the loveliest person ever)! I started going to Stride in June and since then I am absolutely hooked!! The instructors are some of the most empowering, uplifting, supportive people I have ever met in my life. I leave all my stresses at the door walking into this studio and come out a better version of me! Between the absolutely beautiful studio (so bright, clean and airy!), the top of the line bikes, the lovely instructors and staff at stride - It couldn’t be a more inviting space! So happy to be apart of it!

I can't say enough good things about Stride! The studio is spotless and bright, & the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The spin room has great lighting, sound, and air-flow, & each bike has a good view of the instructor / mirrors. The instructors are all incredibly motivating and they will inspire you to push yourself on (and off) the bike. Trying out a new gym/studio can be intimidating - especially for someone who is new to spin (like me). The staff at Stride made me feel welcomed and included from the moment I walked in the door. Spinning at Stride has quickly become something I look forward to each week. How can I begin to describe this studio; I am from Mexico, I have tried different places and the only thing I can say is: STRIDE, is wonderful, they have made me feel at home, since you arrive with that energy that you feel when you walk through the door, from the motivation when already you cannot continue pedaling. What I like about this place is that each instructor has a very particular personality, let's start with Britt's that energy that we all need and every time we finish a class we love her, Courtney's spark with those choreographies that we love deammm girl, Kayleigh that always motivates and inspires us, without forgetting that the next day you may not feel your legs haha, Maddie who does not leave you alone is always there for you to give that last push, Lindsey with that wonderful energy, at the end of each class i always wanting for one more song, Kristi oh Kristi your classes are incredible, you have a wonderful energy and believe me I felt muscles that I had forgotten existed haha, Chels an adorable personality, without forgetting that it will always make you sweat, I could continue hahah but it would be very long. (more) I highly recommend it more than just being an exercise studio, it is a COMMUNITY that supports you and I am happy to be part of it!!

my new favorite spin place. very welcoming and staff is amazing. It doesn't matter if you are experienced or not. Very clean. Only negative is that it is pay parking only until 6 pm

As a person who has never done a spin class before - I am now hooked! The whole team at the studio is so friendly and supportive and the community atmosphere there is incredible. I meet so many lovely people every time I attend a class. I highly recommend!!
