★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kathleen is easily the best property manager I've ever had. I had a fridge issue and it was replaced within 24 hours - definitely was not expecting that. A tenant nearby was smoking indoors, and management actually evicted him, which is also amazing. The building itself has beautiful views of the city and I feel very lucky to have gotten a place here.
