★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Ponderosa Place make all the difference. We had a family member moved in for over a month from a town 3 hours away that was evacuated for the 2017 wildfires. I was so impressed by the brave faces and many smiles worn by everyone. They really put in the extra effort to make sure that they could make the best out of a very stressful situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to say how fortunate and lucky I am to be living in Ponderosa Place. Since the moment I was accepted I found the management went above and beyond to address any of my concerns, It is very clean and well kept despite the age of the building. They have done everyhing in their power to keep us safe over this last year of Covid which I appreciate. It is a very secure building with many happy residents. Hats off to the residents and management who contribute to this wonderful community.
