It is her birthday and I really wanted to send her a bouquet. Mr. Newell knew the care home and said right away that they could deliver! Today she received a wonderful bouquet! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently ordered a birthday bouquet for delivery as I live out of town. It was delivered on the same day as promised and was absolutely gorgeous. It made my mums day, she was thrilled. The personalized message that you're able to add was a nice touch!
They're super friendly and easy to deal with, called me to let me know that they didn't have the mylar balloons but would add extra flowers to make it up.
All in all, wonderful experience and would recommend! Thank you Newell for your help on such a special day!

They were extemely accommodating and offered to redo and deliver the day I returned. A huge thanks!! I have become a new customer for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a memorial gift from a cousin in Saskatchewan, but she made a mistake with the order and had presumably forgotten that I had chosen a live bouquet of flowers and she chose a planter instead.
The planter did not appeal to me, so I phoned Newell Flower shop where my cousin had placed the order & upon speaking with the owner he did a very nice thing for me. He told me to bring the planter back and he'd see that a nice bouquet of flowers were made up for me. He was true to his word. I appreciated that so much, so I made a flower vase purchase to help support their local business.

Thank you for your kindness, compromisation and great customer service. You went the extra mile and I highly recommend your flower shop.

I was happy with their selection and price and they even sell house plants. It was a great experience and I will be returning for Mother's Day.
