Dr Vinay Sharma is the best dr I have ever met..He is so kind, patient and humble in his approach . It's rare to find a doctor that combines personal touch with great clinical knowledge .. Thank you so much and keep up the humanitarian work.

I have been with Dr. Kahlon for about 6-7 years now. In the start she was amazing, however, for the past year or so she does not care about anything really. She does the bare minimum. I have to keep telling her to get me referrals to specialists but she won't even do that.. I came to her with a problem that has now restricted me to do certain activities due to her ignoring my problems. Apparently, I AM TOO YOUNG to have a disability. I can't even go and see another doctor in the SAME clinic because I am not allowed which is pretty stupid. Don't even get me started with the front staff! There is a receptionist that is the most obnoxious person I've ever known. She thinks she knows everything, but really she's just dumb.

Worst experience ever. I would give 0 star if that was an option. I had Dr. kahlon as my family’s doctor for numerous year now. But will change it soon. Doctor is a extremely knowledgeable but her staff is extremely unreliable and careless. They don’t value your time. I called a month ago to book for yearly physical body check up for myself and my husband including blood work. I got the appointment. Moving forward the day before my appointment I didn’t get a confirmation call so I called them to confirm. Upon calling they say I have been booked for peep test only?? With blood work. So I said no I wanted to book for physical body checkup appointment not prep test. So they said ok it’s changed to that. So upon arrival of the day of appointment I drove 1hr, because we recently moved and upon arriving the receptionist says you have peep test appointment booked so I said I called a month ago and yesterday to tell you I wanted to book for physical body checkup appointment not peep test so she said oh okay I changed it. After waiting few minutes going inside the doc says how can I help you. So she has no idea what am I here for??? So I told her whole story and says, β€œsince Covid they have stopped doing Physical body checkup which was 2-3 years ago. They dont do it anymore.” So why did they book my appointment a month ago in the first place. So the doc said they girls must have forgotten to mention that while booking the appointment. Seriously this is ridiculous. They really don’t care or value someone’s time. I have had enough I am definitely changing my family doc.

So apparently. If they don’t provide proper service to the patient. You are not allowed to complain about it in the clinic or on google or else they won’t book your next appointment. So you just have to shut up and except the poor service you get from them. What’s the point of a knowledgeable doctor if they management is ruthless like this. It’s a shame that there is no room for improvement in service. The only thing they can do it just stop providing the service if you complain.

Dr. Kahlon was amazing in the beginning. She was truly empathetic of my medical problems and would give her best service to help me out. But as more patients started coming in, her quality of service has decreased a lot. She is literally rushing through ALL THE TIME, not even taking a minute or two to really understand what the patient is really undergoing. I am really upset with the kind of care she provides and I think she really treats healthcare as a "business" and her service really speaks to this. I am totally disappointed! This was a doctor that once instilled so much of confidence in me whenever I came to her about a problem and I would love visiting her. But now, nothing is the same. Also, the customer service at the front desk is HORRIBLE. They neither pick up phone calls nor provide good customer service. Their phone lines are always engaged and because they are short staffed all the time, they are unable to handle high volume of calls. OVERALL, TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT with the staff and doctors at this clinic.

I’ve been coming here for a little while and often feel rushed but the service is good enough. Today the one thing that really surprised me is that they don’t provide masks. Been to 8 clinics in 1 month and they ALL provided masks. I had to trick the receptionist into providing me one. That’s the bare minimum during these times. I don’t get it.
