★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist answers the call and puts you on hold for like 5 minutes.. Wow... This is not something I expect from a doctor's clinic. What if the person is in dire need of seeing a doctor and the receptionist was so rude that she said you can't wait for just 4 minutes? I just can not select a zero else I would have done that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, They dont answer calls nd voicemail is always full. If luckily ur call answered they put on hold for 5-10 mins nd then disconnect. Bad service. They should look upon their service as importantly its medical service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible services. Not even deserve one star. I just wanted to speak with the doc for my requisition. After calling 20 times and on being hold for all this while, it was told to talk to doc between 1:30 -3 and there are no telephone appointments otherwise. When the call was made between that slot, the receptionist said doc is busy and cannot attend the call and I should take an appointment for next week. For a simple thing like talking about requisition to the doc, I had to run pillar to post all this while the phone call was missed , put on hold, directed to voicemail . All this harassment and hassle not worth it wasting your time A.bsolutely I compassionate and not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the overall service is horrible, from being on the phone to in person. They just don't care because they say it your health so deal with it. If you are on the market for a new family doctor save yourself and look anywhere else
