★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My CoPR was expired and as such I did not get it signed at Pearson International Airport when I landed in Canada. Despite numerous attempt to get it resolved via phone and webforms with IRCC, I was not making much progress. I visited the Lawyer and requested advice. I got three (3) options to pursue, the first option did not work out but the second option to do a flagpole entry into Canada worked. Border control at St. Catharines issued me the new CoPR which was signed and thus enabling me to complete the landed aspect of my PR process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend to opt services from Sharma Law. In simple words, here are a few points I would like to bring up-
-They never call you back or no follow ups for anything
- If there are any issues after closing, they do not care and ignore you
- They wont assist you or guide you in any claims after closing
- They can change closing calculation adjustments at the end moment ( on closing day), so you are bound to pay them what they want
- If you give them 3 months before closing, they will start working on the file 2 days before closing and that too when you push them to.
I have faced all of the above with sharma law office, so I’m never going back to them. May be they are too busy. So, Not recommended at all.
