★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one of the worst experience with the Call Center. We ordered pizza without chillies and without Indian style because of kids, they made the wrong pizza and gave us the credit. When I called the call center (Both times we ended up with Indian accent girls) , they denied about any note on the order. I am not sure if anyone is reading this review but we need our money back. We will never order from POPULAR PIZZA. Call Center girls started laughing on the call and when I asked them to transfer to the Manager, they did not transfer and bluntly hung up the call. Worst experience with Call Center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, pizza had almost nothing, a few pieces of veggies and cheese which were so less that even the crust could be seen so what they are charging for I don’t get it, staff was so rude they said we will put this much if you don’t want just leave it, I don’t understand what kind of customer service is this? i liked it first time so ordered again but looks like they are trying to save money by putting less material now , would never recommend to anyone, i live nearby this remembrance road location but would prefer other pizza stores over it because i can go little far for good quality, would advise my friends and family to avoid this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst popular pizza store I have ever experienced!!!!!!!! I order pizza with shahi paneer gravy with regular crust, but they gave a pizza with thin crust! This is not happening first time I went there three times and there is always something wrong with my order! The quality is also cheap as compared to other popular pizza stores!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!!!! Zero Star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG, DISGUSTING. One star because zero is not an option. Ordered delivery... dough was completely raw, onions still had peel on it. Seriously? Then to top it all off when I called to complain the girl named Preet from so called head office has absolutely NO customer service skills. When I called to report my concerns that the pizza was raw, she told me it was due to the change in weather, or because I didn't ask for well done. I responded that her customer service was of no help and she happily replied that she is not trying to pleasent. The most pathetic experience ever, I'll literally go out of my way to make sure my friends and family never eat from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered half chicken and half paneer. and they messed up everything they made whole chicken and didn’t even ask for mushrooms and got those as well. When called the customer service and they didn’t accept their mistake at all. Only apology would have been great.
