★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent storage facility. Good rates and easy access. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were lots of locations so it was easy to have a location close by. I would recommend this storage facility to any of my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first contact with the girl( don't remember her name) in the office. She was awesome!!! I was scrambling to get a unit at last minute as the one I had booked with uhaul booked me Kelowna instead of kamloops!!
She was very informative, managed to get me a unit right at the office.
Totally would recommend this storage company to any that need there services. Plus you get your first 4 weeks free!!!

Terrible customer service from one manager (Karen), she's rude and abrasive and I'm told has had multiple complaints made against her. Company doesn't appear to care.
Two rent increases in under two years tenancy, now going up to $321 per month, plus tax and forced to pay $12 per month for insurance that is covered under my home policy. The manager tried to force me to provide full copies of my insurance policy. I was willing to give policy number and show proof of coverage but as per my broker, should not give out a full copy, with private information that they did not need to be privy to. That was not good enough so I was forced to pay the insurance fee. This has cost me around $218 to date.
They do ZERO to keep long term customers. If I were a new customer, I could rent my current unit for much less...a deal to get you into their rental and then they keep increasing the rates ($30 increase per month)!
Once we move out, will never deal with Storage For Your Life again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have to say they are the best storage facility I have encountered. They went out of there way to accommodate exactly what I needed in an excellent and affordable Manor. The heated units are amazing and I had a zero rodent issue (a definite bonus) The security was top notch. So absolutely nothing but good things to say. I recommend to any in need of storage. THANK YOU STORAGE FOR LIFE.

They went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed for our move. Safe Secure and Most of all Easy to deal with!!! Totally Recommend using SFYL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and great service, I moved from Ontario and 1 phone call and I had a lock rented in Kamloops. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and accommodating. All I had to do was sign some paperwork and staff walked me straight to my locker. I couldn't have asked for better service. A great big THANK YOU to the staff in Kamloops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer for 4+ year. Had a concern regarding my storage unit. Issue was resolved to my satisfaction and SFYL considered my loyalty in arriving at their decision for which I am grateful. The consideration provided in the end rates 5 stars, but the overall experience rates 3 stars. Reason: My concern was not forwarded to a manager as promised when I contacted the local office. When I followed up, I was provided contact information for manager, but it still took multiple calls and voice messages before my call was returned. The resolution took far too much customer effort and was not sufficiently prompt in my opinion. I suspect many customers will just give up. Happy with the result, so again thank you to SFYL and please keep up effort to improve customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed storage in a hurry and Sentinel came through for me. Very polite and professional. Nicole helped me attain more than one storage spot in a timely manner and provided a photo, map and directions. If all the employees are like Nicole I can see why they are a success.
