They were so sweet and kind. I will be using them anytime I need a storage or uhual I'll also be referring alot of people there.
K	K H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I kept a copy of the keys for the storage unit at the office for convenience and so spouse and friend can access unit without me, one day the office workers gave my keys to someone else who was not authorized to access the unit, I was not told that someone was given access to my storage unit, the person who was given access to my storage unit removed most of my things while damaging much of them and left my things outside where they stayed for nearly a week through rain and snow until an office worker notified me at the end of Monday what had happened. I had to wait until Tuesday to speak to an employee since they closed right after calling on Monday, on Tuesday morning I received mail saying that the office had decided that storing my things was too much trouble and that they did not want my business anymore even though the unit was already paid for, they still wanted my money and refused to give a refund for the remaining time for which I had paid. I realise that the office is not responsible for insuring the units contents but in this instance they are directly responsible for the damages through several examples of negligence, but instead of an apology they terminate my contract and keep the money. TLDR: unit was not secure, employee gave out access, unit renter not notified in emergency, contract terminated without warning or cause, no apology, no refund, no reparations. One of the employees was very polite.
