★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trailer was there upon arrival, interior was clean, pigtail adapter for lights on trailer was missing, attendant did not come out to inspect/assist or provide direction. If new to trailer rental...not very assisting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something about a U-Haul truck, I thought I was flying along and realized I was only hitting 50mph. My main irritation with rentals, why not rent the vehicle out with a full tank instead a notch above half and expecting me to bring it back like that. You need a fuel pouring engineer to hit the fuel level right for return usually resulting in you blowing an extra $10-20 in gas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you go there you should make sure to deal with the taller fellow. The short guy seems to have an attitude problem and it has no issues whatsoever in trying to provoke you. I had reserved a trailer and went in and was patiently waiting while I watched him argue with the gentleman in front of me. When it was my turn he decided that he was going to take his frustrations out on me. He then demanded to take a photo of my driver's license. There was no offer of texting me a link, or asking me to scan my license in for them. He simply demanded to take a photo of my license with his cell phone. I had said no, and he literally started to ignore me and deal with the people behind me. Luckily there was a second fellow, a taller fellow who was quite polite and quite helpful explained why they needed my driver's license photo. He was happy to text me the link so I could do the photo myself, and the customer service improved quite a bit. The little guy continued to interrupt and try to boss the other fellow around and tell me what to do, I just simply ignored him at that point. when we went to look at the trailer that we were picking up, the little guy came down. He did no walk around of the trailer, no inspection, nothing. I did my own trailer inspection and he argued with me about paperwork, the photo, threatened to call a friend of his on the police force.. this guy has a very serious attitude problem. I at one point actually told him don't threaten me with legal action I haven't done anything wrong and there's no reason for you to be acting like this. At which point he called me a snowflake and laughed at me and walked away. I would avoid this location if possible, maybe go to the Powassan location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved a trailer and no one at the location, other people here waiting over 2 hours. Says open at 8am on voice mail it's now 11am and still no one. This makes uhaul look bad...Not impressed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could of gave no stars I would of. Booked a trailer online for Saturday may 21 for 10am when got here was two other guys that had been waiting since before 9am with reservations. Waited over an hour with no one showing up the other guys waited over two hours before giving up on anyone showing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OWNERS DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Completely waisted numerous people's time....
