After living at 360 Hoffman St for almost two years, we have had nothing but good experiences. The Superintendent Amy makes sure the building looks great and helps solve any issues that we have. Everyone in the building is nice and seem to get along great. It was a blast when the units are being upgraded, we could all stand in the hall to chat and laugh with one another.
We have no plans to move anytime soon. Great place, great people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please please please save your money and time. Literally it could not get any worse than this building. It is so so so loud, like other reviews say. The management is so bad and nothing gets fixed if there are issues. I give it negative stars. Please save your money, there is literally nothing worse than this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like a prison. The noise in the building is absolutely ridiculous. Units come uninspected or if they are they do a horrible job. Fans not working in bathrooms, poor ventilation. Save your money and rent elsewhere. You will lose sleep here and management is very poor. They just want to funnel people in. They'll tell you the concrete helps with sound couldn't imagine how much worse it could be. DONT LIVE HERE other building are being built nearby so if you are coming for the area look there. This should be your last resort.
