W	Wenshuang Yu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son started going to Kids U since January 2021. The program supervisor, Jot, has been very caring and professional. Besides providing high quality to our son, the staff listen to and care about parents’ concerns. For example, my husband and I tell Jot our concerns about the drop-offs since our son still cries a bit during the morning drop-offs. Because of the pandemic, we couldn’t enter the classroom and see how he is doing in the daycare. After listening to our concerns, the staff started sending us videos of our son playing at the daycare to let us know that he is doing well at the centre. The daycare has been extra cautious all through the pandemic and never made us feel unsure of sending our precious little one out in the world. We are happy to this daycare and will recommend it to our friends!

They've gone above and beyond. The staff has been remarkably professional & kind, I can tell they genuinely care about the children and their families and made sure we had a smooth transition into day care. I asked a lot of questions as a first time mom leaving a child in someone else's care, and they always took the time to talk to me and make me feel comfortable. We also chose KidsU over other day cares due to how quickly they answered our emails, and since then they have been just as responsive and reliable. What a relief! I love the App they use to provide updates, it's amazing when I go to pick him up and I know exactly "where he's at" in terms of how much he ate, slept, and drank all day. It's incredible and I am so grateful to the staff for how wonderful they've been.

Their educational program is great and we can tell how happy our daughter is. Now our daughter will be finishing up at Bridgeland this week and we have nothing but gratitude for the excellent care she received. We are new parents, and as our daughter was turning 10 months and my wife's maternity leave was coming to an end, we started looking for daycares in the inner city. Right from the moment we reached out to KidsU to learn more, they were super helpful to arrange a video call with us (covid restrictions back then), gave us plenty of information via emails and calls, and helped relieve our anxiety! And it only got better once our daughter actually started going there - we were worried how she would cope up with it, but it's been a breeze! She loves going here, clearly the staff and caregivers are incredible at their job! Sending her has also helped her to start with solid foods, self soothe to take naps during the day, and she enjoys the daily activities with other infants. Their app is a great way to check in on her, and they provide a daily report to summarize how much sleep, food, etc she had. Overall, I think sending our kiddo to KidsU has been the best decision we've made! Fantastic staff, super friendly and caring folks whom you can trust your little one with! Highly recommended!

They've cared for our daughter in such a loving, thoughtful, and personalized way from day one. She always comes home with fancy hairstyles, so many new words, and a full belly. She has grown and learned so much during her time there. I am also incredibly grateful that they sent us a couple of videos when our baby was just taking her first steps -- that really made my mama heart so happy. Thank you, Kids U Bridgeland!

We are very impressed with the overall development and small skillsets he is developing each day. The daily routine is very thoughtfully set up by the teachers to keep the children engaged and develop their motor skills, hand eye coordination and thus help them learn everyday! The teachers and the support staff are incredible and very warm. Thanks for helping us in our transition journey!

The program manager, Jotlnder, is sincere, caring, and knowledgeable. The other staff members we have seen have also been incredible. We feel like they genuinely care about my daughter. It's clear from the way they interact with the babies. I also love the feel and culture of the daycare - it's gentle. This is so important for these little ones, most of whom are used to being home with parents or family the majority of the time. Kids U also does different activities each day, has a ton of different stimulating activities and toys, a great healthy menu, and lots of outside time. We looked at many daycares before deciding on Kids U. It can be a tough choice, and on the surface there seems to be a lot of overlap (healthy menus, outside time, etc.). What sets Kids U Bridgeland apart is the people - NO other daycare we saw had staff as caring as Kids U.

They provided a lot of information regarding the center, its schedule, staff, and its dedication to healthy child development. The staff were helpful with all of our questions and were easy to get a hold of. We’re very excited for our son to start at Kids U!
