Really friendly staff and great service. This convenient location is now my "go to" dry cleaner. I like the handy green bag they provide to keep your clothes in until your ready to go to the shop. With its shoulder strap, it doubles as a superb Halloween candy bag for the kids (holds tons of loot).

My experience was terrible. I went to pick up my uniform for work and right off the bat the lady was unwelcoming. My shirt also has a new stain that was not there when I dropped it off and all the lady said was “hmm. Well. She should have checked that”. Yes but she didn’t check that so now my work shirt has a gross ugly stain. This place was grossly over priced for the quality.

I recently brought in an expensive purse in which a pen had exploded in the bottom of the purse and up the sides. Needless to say I was pretty upset. In talking with the front counter staff, they said they would try their very best to get it out. When I picked up the purse, I was absolutely blown away at the amazing job they did at getting the ink out. It was totally gone. To be honest, I thought I would be purchasing a new purse, but I was so happy I didn't have to. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I love that they are a local family run business. Thank you Stephen Cleaners

Stephen cleaner opened up close to my house so I thought I would give it a try; with two toddlers at hand one has to make life simpler. So I would give it a try, although I usually go to another dry cleaner. So my first experience. 1. Got a quote , $14 for coat $37 for a woollen coat; told the price would be lesser then that not more. Handed about 5 coats in satisfied with the pricing & would get 25% off. Handed it over to Tania. Told pick up time would be Monday. Done ! . Happy with the quote & interaction I walked out satisfied. 2. Monday: Arrived for my pickup at 2.15 pm told coats weren’t here, as delivery is at 5 pm. I was told to read my receipt. I took it in good stride like it was my fault as I should have checked, although time was never mentioned in my conversation & told them my husband would pick it at 5 pm . My husband went for pick up at 6pm, clothes weren’t there & was told to come later. 3. 4 days later I went for pickup, was over charged on coats , unlike before where I was told price would be lower then quoted. The lady at the till acted like she was helpless when I inquired about prices, making it out to be my fault, that I should know it is always an approximation. I informed her I already inquired about pricing , the word approximation was not used, but was told $90 would be the max I would have to pay. I did not make a scene or talk rudely, but what I felt was disappointed in the whole process. The inconvenience of multiple visits & the delay causing anxiety when I told them I had to fly out. I will not be a returning customer. My old dry cleaner may be a bit further from my place , charging lesser then the total I paid here & reliable to deliver on time , which makes it stress free. As I said juggling kids, life, expenses, work , time & a house you need hassle free encounters where you pay top dollar with customer service to make it that much easier for people.

Don't expect them to call you when your clothes are done!!!! I dropped off my wedding dress in August (it is now December). Got one call asking what needed to be done after dropping it off. A month or two later, I call them to see if it is done, they say it is. I go to pick it up and it was not in a box like I had told them. Another two months and I still had to phone to find out if it is ready.... Terrible communication, I had one lady who was extremely nice and apologetic about not having it done proper the first time.

Very good costumer service. I had my Canada Goose very dirty and I got it back almost as brand new. I'll go back there for sure.

I've used Stephens Cleaners twice rather recently and it was the first time in my life I brought something in for drycleaning. I really didn't know what to expect, the average cost or what exactly drycleaning is lol The first time I used them I brought in 2 jackets, 1 was a down winter jacket and the other was a light spring Mackage jacket. Luckily they both turned out great and I was very happy with the results and felt the cost was reasonable ( $70 for both ). My second visit was for a silk blouse coral coloured that I bought from a consignment place and only had a few very small marks on it that weren't noticeable. I mostly wanted to get it cleaned because it was a used item. I picked it up today and it looked great at first but when I got home and really looked at it i realized how bad it really was. It came back to me with MANY marks , some very large, all over it. They almost look like oil marks but I can only assume it's how they clean the garments. So needless to say I'm pretty angry that my top is now ruined because there's no way the stains are going to come out. This makes me feel like they either did not read the tag listing it as silk or just didn't care enough to be careful with it. Instead they left a note attached to it saying that the shirt now has marks all over and they don't recommend trying to get them out again. All these marks were not there when I dropped off the top and they basically take ZERO responsibility instead attaching a generic sorry note telling me the top has no hope of coming out without the stains. So this has basically ruined dry cleaning for me , I can't afford to just throw money down the drain like that and I'm certainly not willing to spend money on a gamble that my clothes may or may not come back ruined. Very disappointing.

Decided to try this place, the prices are higher than the rest and I gave them 4 white shirts and I got the same thing back on all 4. Whoever they are outsourcing the work to as they are not doing it on site basically is lazy and ripped my shirts. It’s obvious they don’t press, or steam but they iron and they stop ironing the pocket right under the flap as the photos show. These are unworn shirts as I got them and there is still wrinkles and creases in obvious areas, it was done poorly but worst of all on all 4 shirts I have a rip from the tip of the iron near my pockets as the photos show. Will not be going back
