★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my poutine using curb side pickup. I pay for a poutine and look like I get a simple only. The portion is not even half. Never use the place again.
If u go there check before u take order to not have big surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sat at the drive thru order speaker for 5 mins, me and someone else were both there. We both left after not even hearing a, just a moment please or some kind acknowledgement that we were there. He backed out. I drove around and saw only 1 vehicle there. It was late and not busy. I don't understand the delay. Maybe the managers should schedule more than 1 person. This combined with the fact McDonald's just cut poutine from their menu, 90% of the reason I go there. Means I'll never be going back. Oh well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru was quick and order was correct. Order did not appear on order screen and at no point was I told my total owing and at window was just handed change with again no total as to what I owed. Had to ask for a receipt at the second window. Staff need more training

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service could be more efficient. I find that my orders are often incomplete. Most recently, our family came for breakfast and a whole happy meal was missing until I said something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many months ago, I ordered a Junior Chicken. It felt like rubber. It must’ve been sitting on the counter for an hour waiting for the next unsuspecting customer. Today I thought I’d give this location another try. What can go wrong with a breakfast sandwich? Same deal. The sausage n’ egg McMuffin was more like a sausage n’ egg landslide. Nothing was lined up. Maybe it was dropped on the floor and accidentally stepped on. Who knows. I wasn’t surprised. I had already braced for and resigned myself to customer dissatisfaction. As I waited at the drive-through window, another employee looked at me with a look that said, “Oh the customer is still waiting!” As if realizing it for the first time, the previous employee who was ready and willing to accept my payment, carelessly stuck out her hand, my meal bag dangling from it, looking like it was going to do a back flip if she let go. I thought she was going to say, “Here, sir, catch!” No “Have a good day!” or “Hope to see you again!” Just “Here! Take your meal and go!”
McDonald’s gave me my first job in Canada, and I feel supportive. Hopefully, this review helps spur some improvements in this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With every fast food place there’s going to be hit and miss days, but this is a few times in a row now where my food has been surprisingly great. The burgers have all the stuff in the middle and taste fresh the fries are perfect crispy and salty sand the drinks aren’t 50% ice. Very well done McD crew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst of the worst! This location never gets anything right. Fries are always 1/2 to 2/3 full and the food is oversalted, oversauced and looks horrendous... like they make it blindfolded. After several attempts I guess I'll be driving further if I really want Mc'ds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered kind of close to closing but was not expecting this kind of disaster, missing half my order, nuggets rock hard, this double cheeseburger was literally bare and stale, and the fries were rubber and half filled. I tried calling and got activity ignored by the employees on shift. I work along with skip and delivery everyday, this is just a garbage experience with this location, and based on the other reviews I can see it happens often.
