I'm so grateful that she introduced me to Rubimed as I've benefited so much from our sessions and the remedies, to help me work through blocks and get me feeling much better. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I began working with Stephanie after my doctor told me that there was nothing that I could, or should, do to try to prevent the 4+ sinus/ear/throat/urinary infections that I was experiencing each year. I was worried about the number of rounds of antibiotics that I was taking to clear these infections and Steph was confident that she could help. Steph first worked with me to lay out a nutrition protocol - she provided me with recipes, focused on foods to add to my diet (rather than foods to cut out) to improve gut health, and helped me to identify and better understand various brands' ingredient lists. As a multifaceted practitioner, Steph also introduced to me the concepts of energetic anatomy (the way in which different organs are connected to the seven chakras), meditation and Rubimed. It has been more than two years and, with Steph's support, I have not needed any more antibiotics!

Through our connection I gained the knowledge of how to support my body through healthier eating choices which in turn shed excess weight and healed the digestive issues. Stephanie also introduced me to meditation and chakra healing to further support myself and total well being. Stephanie is an amazing person to work with, a wealth of knowledge and a huge supporter of her clients healing journeys!
