We live in a area where Stefanair installed everyone's HVAC system so when the technician came, he knew exactly the problem and solve it very quickly since it was a common problem. I am still giving it a 5 star since that was the only issue we had after 20 years in that house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installed an HVAC system in May 2021 of this year. They installed a furnace and a thermo pump. Quick to take the money, horrible service.
Thermo pump keeps working when the furnace is supposed to kick in. Called them several times to book a service call finally gave me
a day only to cancel at 2pm that day after having taking the time to be at home.
They finally come a week later, technician spends here 2 hours, problems persists.
They installed a humidifier without checking if water connection was working.8 months later and half winter at 20% humidity in my house I now have to call a plumber to install properly.
Again, quick take money and overpromised when they want the business, horrible service after. Stay away. Would definitely not recommend this company.
