★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply put, it's an average 'Safeway Starbucks', which to prior experiences means that it is a below average Starbucks. Staff here seems overall less-trained than at other Starbucks franchises, and consistently overcharge for the drinks so make sure you check before paying. Be prepared to wait extra time even if there's no line.
